WHAT MAKES YOUR “DUMPLINGS” DIFFERNT FROM OTHERS?
We take pride in our diverse menu, carefully crafted to satisfy both traditional and vegan preferences. Unlike many other vegan vendors that use excessive MSG and compromise on authentic taste, we are committed to changing that narrative.
Our Mandu are made from SCRATCH (from dough to fillings) with only fresh, locally sourced ingredients including our original white kimchi recipe, we never use packaged frozen dumplings and call it a day!
DO YOU HAVE A RESTAURANT?
Not yet, not at the moment! We are a small family run business less than a year old, but we're actively working on it. Once we secure the necessary resources and finalize our plans, we'll definitely share updates. In the mean time, please check our permanent pop-up schedule here!
WHAT MAKES YOUR KIMCHEE VEGAN?
Our kimchi is vegan because we omit traditional fish sauce and shrimp paste, opting for alternatives like vegan fish sauce and other natural ingredients. We're committed to providing delicious options that align with vegan preferences.
DOES ANY OF YOUR PRODUCTS CONTAIN NUTS?
Nooope! Our entire menu is free from nuts. However, many dishes do include sesame and sesame oil. If you have a sesame allergy, please let us know so we can accommodate your needs accordingly.
DO YOU HAVE GLUTEN-FREE OPTIONS?
Yes, plenty! The only menu item containing gluten is our Mandu (for it’s flour dough) and Japchae (mom insist for certain soy sauce to bring the best flavor and unfortunately they' don’t have a vegan option); everything else, including all sauces, is gluten-free!
